Game & Economy Designer
The main game loop consists in adding different types of building and then upgrading them to make the city more sustainable.
Each building awards INS, which are used to increase the city's ecoNOMY and acquire more buildings. When upgraded, the player can also receive ecoINS to raise the city's ecoLOGY.
Non-sustainable buildings have a negative effect on the ecoLOGY, so the main goal is to balance the ecoNOMY and ecoLOGY in order to maximize the inhabitants's ecoMFORT.
UI & UX Designer
The user interface intends to explain every building's effect as clearly as possible, using short sentences and bright complementary colours;
green for positive ecoLOGY effects and red for negative. Since the game is based on AR, the player's phone camera must be scanning the "city card" constantly.
There are also two additional cards that are extensions for the city: the SOLAR PARK and WIND PARK. However, these are currently unusable.
3D Artist
Apart from the design, I was also responsible for creating all 3D models used in the game. Sustainable structures use foresty colours, such as green, brown or white,
whereas non-sustainable buildings are darker, greyer, and with some red details.
