My name is Oriol and I'm a soon-to-be graduate with a MA in Game Design. I have experience in professional indie game development, academic research, and workshop organisation. I have worked on diverse personal projects under the name North Oriole - ranging from complete solo games, to experimental game jams.

I have a special love for games; some of my fondest memories are watching my sister play The Sims 2, the many summers I spent glued to the Wii, or making the PSP my most loyal travel companion. Now, making games myself allows me to combine my technical background with a desire for meaningful interactive storytelling.

I’m creative, versatile, detail-oriented, and always ready for a challenge. I'm a sucker for geography, live music, basketball, and niche Simpsons references. I consider record stores, cinemas, and botanic gardens my happy places - let's chat!
